Due to a request from real estate educators and previous purchasers of this sample examination, candidates will now receive two reports following completion of this exam: a score report showing performance by content area as well as a report showing all responses chosen and the point value assigned to each response.

The National Real Estate Broker Simulation Sample Examination is composed of 4 problems that match the detailed content outline for the broker simulation examination used in the states to which AMP provides examination services.  This examination includes problems that are similar to those found on the real estate licensing examination, distributed among the following topics:

Trust Accounts (two problems)
Fair Housing
Property Representations

The detailed content outline for this examination appears in each state’s Candidate Handbook, which may be found on AMP’s website by clicking here.  This examination may be used as a practice examination to help you become familiar with the types of problems you will encounter on the National Broker Simulation Examination.  Versions of these problems have been actually administered to candidates, although some changes have been made when developing this sample examination.  The score you receive may not accurately predict the score you will receive on the actual licensing exam; your scores may give you an idea for your readiness for the licensing examination.  In addition to your score on the information gathering and decision making sections, you will receive information on the level of performance expected to pass for these four problems.  For more information about real estate licensing rules and links to the jurisdictions in which in which AMP examinations are used, please click here.
