Registering to use AMP Store

When your customer account is created, a registration confirmation letter is e-mailed to you. This e-mail contains a link that validates your account when you click on it by taking you back to AMP Store. If you are unable to click on the link in the registration confirmation e-mail, it can be copied from the e-mail and pasted into the address line of your browser. This registration process and e-mail address validation is required before you can make any purchase in AMP Store. Any attempts to purchase without the completion of these steps will not be processed.

How long will it take to receive my order?

WebTests: If you have ordered a webtest you will immediately receive access to your test via e-mail. After you complete your order you will receive 2 e-mails; one is an order confirmation, the other is your web test confirmation letter. The web test confirmation letter contains a link to your test and all the information you will need to begin your test.Important: Keep track of this e-mail, you may want to re-enter your test.

Products that require shipping: How long depends on the shipping method you select.
Overnight: Delivery is by 3 pm the next business day to most U.S. addresses (by 4:30 pm to other areas).
2-day: Delivery by 4:30 pm in 2 business days to most U.S. locations; by 7 pm to residential addresses.
Ground: Delivery in 3 to 7 business days.

Trouble receiving email?

You may need to alter your email settings to allow email from our domain, which is:
goamp.com
Depending on your email provider you may find this capability under Options or Customize or Settings / Custom Sender List, or you may need to contact your provider to get instructions on how to accomplish this. Also, be sure to check your spam folder if you have one.
