The two National Real Estate Salesperson examinations offer the same 100 multiple-choice
test items. The items were updated in 2006 to ensure accuracy in content and
correspondence with current AMP examination forms. The sample examination ($15)
offers a 30-day testing window and a score report by content area.
The Self-Assessment Examination (SAE - $25) offers a 90-day testing window,
a score report by content area, and a feedback report which indicates items
answered correctly or incorrectly. In addition, the feedback report provides
detailed explanations for each test item, describing the rationale behind
the correct response and an explanation of why the wrong answers were not the
best from among those provided.
The National Real Estate Broker Sample examination is a simulation examination
(that is not a multiple choice examination) composed of 4 problems. The examination
includes problems that are similar to those found on the real estate broker licensing
examination for those states that offer this testing format, and is also an excellent
way for candidates to become familiar with the simulation testing software.
Please note that these exams can be taken only once per purchase; however, you do not
have to complete the entire exam in one sitting. Options within the exam allow you to
exit and return to the exam at a later time. Once you choose to finish and exit the exam,
you cannot return.
